style=\"font-size: 35px;\">O <\/span>Arquivo Central tem sob sua responsabilidade a cust\u00f3dia de todo acervo de informa\u00e7\u00e3o, produzido em todos os Campi e Unidades da Universidade, constitu\u00eddo por documentos intermedi\u00e1rios e permanentes. Desta forma, al\u00e9m de abrigar as documenta\u00e7\u00f5es de primeira e segunda idade, vivencia a dupla fun\u00e7\u00e3o de Arquivo Intermedi\u00e1rio e Arquivo Permanente.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Localizado no Campus A.C. Sim\u00f5es, na cidade de Macei\u00f3, possui sob sua guarda documentos da \u00e9poca da funda\u00e7\u00e3o da Universidade Federal de Alagoas (Ufal), no ano de 1961, produzidos durante a administra\u00e7\u00e3o do primeiro Reitor, Dr. Arist\u00f3teles Calazans Sim\u00f5es (A.C. Sim\u00f5es).<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Tem como miss\u00e3o salvaguardar os registros de atos administrativos e acad\u00eamicos, e demais acontecimentos importantes da Ufal, bem como zelar pelos adequado armazenamento, preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e conserva\u00e7\u00e3o da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, buscando oferecer consultoria e orienta\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica para a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos documentos de atividades \u2018meio e fim\u2019.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Arquivo Central foi inaugurado em 2007, e, hoje, est\u00e1 subordinado ao Sistema de Bibliotecas Ufal (SiBi\/Ufal) desde o dia 13 de novembro de 2012. Tem sob sua\u00a0 responsabilidade a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades t\u00e9cnicas arquiv\u00edsticas no tratamento da documenta\u00e7\u00e3o, no que concerne ao recebimento, higieniza\u00e7\u00e3o, confer\u00eancia, avalia\u00e7\u00e3o, sele\u00e7\u00e3o, classifica\u00e7\u00e3o e codifica\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme \u00e0 tipologia documental, os prazos prescricionais, a destina\u00e7\u00e3o final para elimina\u00e7\u00e3o ou guarda permanente, a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p><div>\u00a0<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-30e7b6a elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-inner-column\" data-id=\"30e7b6a\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column-wrap  elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7a011e8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"7a011e8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\"><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Suas atividades t\u00e9cnicas arquiv\u00edsticas s\u00e3o rigorosamente pautadas pelas normas e Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o Arquiv\u00edstica Nacional, bem como pelas determina\u00e7\u00f5es emanadas do Arquivo Nacional e do Conselho Nacional de Arquivos\/Conarq.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em 2019, o Projeto para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o do novo pr\u00e9dio do Arquivo Central foi finalizado e aprovado. O pr\u00e9dio ser\u00e1 constru\u00eddo conforme \u00e0s normas t\u00e9cnicas para constru\u00e7\u00e3o ou adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e9dios para Arquivos, e \u00e0s recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas do Conselho Nacional de Arquivos \/Conarq e do Arquivo Nacional.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Foi institu\u00edda a Comiss\u00e3o Permanente de Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o Documental\/Cpadoc-Ufal, subordinada ao Arquivo Central\/SiBi\/Ufal, para a tomada de decis\u00f5es importantes acerca da Pol\u00edtica Documental dos Arquivos da Ufal, ap\u00f3s a discuss\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de pautas espec\u00edficas por seus membros colegiados.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A equipe t\u00e9cnica do Arquivo Central \u00e9 formada por 04 (quatro) Arquivistas e 08 (oito) T\u00e9cnicos de Arquivos, distribu\u00eddos por diversas Unidades do Campus A. C.
